Glenn and Chuck did amazing work fixing rotten sill and installing gable vents on my my old farmhouse. Glenn did the visit and estimate and he also does the work. The quality of the work was excellent and he communicates any changes or issues. billing is very transparent and the photos of the steps of work are very helpful. Would absolutely hire Glenn again for any restoration and carpentry work.

I wanted to take a moment to once again thank Glenn from Myers Construction for their amazing work in finishing my walkout basement for my toddler. If you are looking for an amazing contractor I highly recommend going with Myers Construction. Glenn and Chuck were beyond amazing with everything they did, the communication was always there, and they always had great recommendations on things. They never forced their opinions on me, and everything was left to my call. The quality of the work is just amazing. I had about 400sqft of unfinished space that I wanted to use for my son, to have a play area. The ceiling was just framing, the walls were studs and the floor was a concrete slab. With the house being built in 1970, nothing was level and Glenn had his work cut out for him. He was able to complete the entire project on budget and I could not be happier. So here is how you know you have a good builder. If they perform quality work where nobody will see it. In the back of the closet, the floor molding, that nobody would ever see, was perfect. There was no smudging, no excess caulking, the cuts were correct..etc. This is the stuff that nobody sees and it is perfect, that is high Quality right there. Overall I am very impressed with Glenn and his work. I will have him back for other projects around my house. There is nothing this guy can’t do, and you won’t go wrong using him. Thanks again Glenn, looking forward to working with you again this summer.

I've worked with Glenn three separate times, so I'm certainly satisfied. The first two times, I had very specific things I needed done - tiling and installing large french doors on a porch the first time, rebuilding a deck the second time. Both were done well, and quickly. Recently, I had a lot of small jobs in a newly purchased historic home. Glenn was very helpful as I decided what was important now, and what could wait. I appreciated his knowledge and willingness to work with historic details, and my wife was extremely happy with the nice touches on her office.
